Mildly sweet, warm and gooey, filled with fruit pulp - All this is the description of Eggless Blueberry Mug Cake.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. All Purpose flour 4 tbspn
  2. Baking powder 1/4tspn
  3. Granulated sugar 2.5 to 3tspn
  4. Blueberry 10 to 15nos
  5. Skimmed milk 3tbspn
  6. Vegetable oil 1/2tbspn
  7. Vanilla essence 1/2tspn

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well in a large microwave safe mug. Add vegetable oil, vanilla essence and milk. Whisk throughly to get lump free batter.
  2. Add blueberries, mix well. Make sure blueberries are well coated in batter, if they are on top they might burst open in microwave.
  3. Microwave for one minute . Check for doneness else cook for further 15seconds. Give it a while to cool before you dig in.
  4. Best way to relish is when mug cake is slightly warm.
