ABOUT Tangy kiwi RECIPE

Tangy flavour of lemon perfectly cuts the sweetness of white chocolate and thin slice of kiwi gives a chewy bite.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 gram white chocolate
  2. 2-3 drops of lemon essence
  3. 25 gram dry kiwi

Instructions

  1. Temper white chocolate.
  2. Chop dry kiwi in to small pieces.
  3. Add lemon essence and chopped kiwi, mix well.
  4. Transfer chocolate into mold.
  5. Tap the mold on working table to remove air bubbles.
  6. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  7. Turn the mold upside down.
  8. Store in a cool place.
