Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 1/2 cup maida
  2. 1 tsp Baking powder
  3. 1/2 Cup Butter
  4. 1/2 cup Sugar powder
  5. 1/4 cup Vanilla custard powder

Instructions

  1. Sieve maida, custard powder and baking powder.
  2. Preheat the microwave on 180 degree on convection mode.
  3. Blend butter and sugar till light and fluff.
  4. Add dry ingredients and make a soft dough.
  5. Flatten down the dough on your working board to 1/2 inch in size.
  6. Cut with a cookie cutter in your desired shape.
  7. Grease the baking tray and put butter paper on it and then place these cookies on it.
  8. Bake the cookies for 10-12 min.
  9. Check it after 10 min if it is golden brown then it is done.
  10. Take them on a wire rack and let them cool down completely.
  11. Once they are cool keep them in airtight jars and enjoy them with your tea and coffee.
