Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For tart base:
  2. Ground almonds - 1 and 1/2 cups
  3. Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
  4. Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp
  5. For Filling:
  6. White chocolate - 1 cup chopped
  7. cream - 1/2 cup
  8. Ground cashews - 3/4 cup
  9. Powdered sugar - 1-2 tbsp
  10. Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
  11. Topping (optional)
  12. Dark chocolate - 2 tbsp chopped
  13. Cream - 2 tbsp


  1. Mix sugar and butter in the ground almonds and press into a greased tart tin, covering the sides as well. (Mine is a 6" tin) Keep in refrigerator.
  2. Heat cream, add in sugar and vanilla essence, take off the heat and pour over chopped white chocolate. Let it melt. Then mix in the ground cashews. Pour over the tart base.
  3. If doing the topping, then melt the dark chocolate and mix in the cream. Put in dots over the white chocolate and make a swirling design. Keep refrigerated till serving time.
