Ingredients: Wheat flour - 125 gm; Homemade butter - 50 gm; Milkmaid - 200 ml; Dairy milk - 2; Milk - 1/4 cup; Baking soda - a pinch; Meetha soda - a pinch; Compound chocolate - half cup; Choco chips - 3/4 cup; Water - for heating chocolate

Wheat flour - 125 gm
Homemade butter - 50 gm
Milkmaid - 200 ml
Dairy milk - 2
Milk - 1/4 cup
Baking soda - a pinch
Meetha soda - a pinch
Compound chocolate - half cup
Choco chips - 3/4 cup
Water - for heating chocolate

Instructions

Heat a small bowl on a low flame, add milk and add both dairy milk in that milk for melting.
Mix well butter and milkmaid, and then add wheat flour, mix well.
Now add melted dairy milk, again mix well.
Now add choco chips, again mix but slowly.
Now add both sodas, mix it.
Take a pressure cooker, take out its whistle and put it on stove on low flame.
Grease the cake tin, sprinkle the wheat flour, add the cake battter and put the cake tin in a pressure cooker, close with the lid.
Cook the cake for about 30 to 35 minutes. After cake is cooked, switch off the gas but do not open the lid just keep aside for 5 minutes.
Now open the cooker, take out cake tin, flip the cake tin on the plate.
Now take a pan, add water, put it on medium flame, take another bowl that can be fit on a pan, add compound chocolate in a bowl and put the bowl on a pan for melting compound chocolate.
After chocolate has melted, take a lock plastic poly bag, put melted chocolate in that, make a tight cone of that poly bag, cut from the corner a little bit.
Now garnish the cake with this cone.
