Ingredients to make Sinful Chocolate Mousse on Strawberry Bed

  • Chocolate Mousse:
  • Amul cream 100 ml
  • Dark chocolate 300gms
  • Instant Coffee 2 Tsp
  • Heavy cream 2 cup
  • Strawberry Custard:
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Strawberry crush 3 tbsp
  • Custard powder 4 tbsp
  • Pink colour
  • White chocolate 200gms

How to make Sinful Chocolate Mousse on Strawberry Bed

  1. Melt cream and chopped chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and keep aside for 15 minutes, If chocolate is not melted micro for 10 minutes.
  2. Whip heavy cream and coffee till double in quantity.
  3. Mix melted chocolate and cream together properly, keep aside.
  4. Strawberry custard:
  5. Heat milk and dissolve custard powder in 4 tbsp cold milk. Boil and add custard powder. Cook till thickened.
  6. Add crush, colour, and white chopped chocolate, stir till no lumps are there.
  7. Pour in individual glasses, chill for an hour.
  8. Put a scoop of chocolate mousse in centre.
  9. Pipe fresh cream all around with a cute fondant flower on top.
  10. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

You can also add crushed oreo or peanuts or crushed almond chikki for a crunch.
