ABOUT Egg and Cheese Sandwich RECIPE

Quick and easy sandwich. Adding cheese, iceberg lettuce and tomato sauce will give you a new and lip smacking delicious sandwich.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 slices of brown bread
  2. 2 large leaves of iceberg lettuce
  3. 4 thin slices of cucumber
  4. 1/4 tsp tomato sauce
  5. 1/4 tsp mustard sauce
  6. 1/4 tsp mayonnaise
  7. For frying the egg - 1 egg
  8. 1 slice cheese
  9. Pinch of black pepper powder
  10. 1/2 tsp oil
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, add oil. When oil is hot, break the egg into pan, sprinkle salt and black pepper and fry the egg. Meanwhile, toast the bread to light brown in a bread toaster.
  2. Once the egg is cooked, place the cheese slice onto the egg, once the cheese starts to melt, take out on to a plate. Take one slice of bread and place lettuce leave and apply tomato sauce, mustard sauce and mayonnaise.
  3. Then place the cucumber slices, fried egg and cheese, and cover it with another bread, cut into 2 pieces.
  4. Serve hot with Juice or Tea.
