Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Drumstick leaves - 1 cup
  2. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  3. Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Oil - 1 tbsp
  8. Wheat Flour - 1 Cup


  1. Wash and strain the drumstick leaves.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and and the drumstick leaves. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Saute for 5 mins. Add little water if it sticks to the pan. Keep aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, take wheat flour and add salt and put in the drumstick leaves mixture. Make a hard dough. Just sprinkle little water if dough seems to be too dry.
  4. Make balls of the dough and roll like chapatti. Fry on tawa by drizzling oil and serve hot.
