Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 ltr Milk 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 6 tbsp brown Sugar 6 tbsp Corn Flour 3 tsp Rose Water 1 tsp food color
  2. For garnishing:Vanilla Essence Finely chopped almonds and cashew nuts Dessicated Coconut

Instructions

  1. Firstly Heat a deep pan, boil milk, add vanilla essence and sugar in it. Meanwhile, mix corn flour, rose water, water in a bowl to prepare a paste.
  2. After that mix the prepared paste in to cook. Now, put the vanilla essence and dry fruits at the base of the serving glasses.
  3. Next, put food color in it and pour the prepared muhallebi in them.
  4. Garnish the prepared muhallebi with vanilla essence, grated coconut and dry fruits. Your Muhallebi is ready.
