Watermelon mint chat is best for summer days and for the party table

Ingredients Serving: 5

Watermelon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Mint leaves 10 to 12
Lemon juice 1/2 squeezed
Tooth pick 10

Instructions

Cut the watermelon into cubes
In a bowl add salt and pepper
Add chat masala
Add lemon juice
Mix well completely.
Pour the watermelon cubes to the bowl and mix well gently.watermelon should not break.
In a serving plate .. Take one cube of watermelon and keep one mint leave to decorate and insert one tooth pick along with the fruit . Like shown in pictures .
Like wise do all the same ..
Finally sprinkle some more chat masala and serve them chill .
