Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 200 gm Marie Biscuit.
  2. 1/2cup Melted butter.
  3. 11/2 cup mango pulp.
  4. 1/2 cup honey.
  5. 1/2 cup hung yoghurt.
  6. 1/2 cup fresh cream.
  7. 1 tbsp unflavoured Gelatine (agr agr.
  8. Amul cheese spread 4 spoon.
  9. To garnish Fresh mango slice.


  1. Crush or process the biscut to a fine powder .Transfer to a bowl and mix in the melted butter .
  2. Line the base of a 6 inch shallow pie dish evenly and smoothly with the biscut mixture place in a freezer to set .
  3. WHISK THE MANGO pulp add the honey trained youghurt and cream and mix well to make a smooth mixture
  4. Soak the gelatine in 2 .3 table spoon water in a small pan.Cook over a low heat to dissolve.STir the gelatine into the mango mixture and pour over the set biscut base.
  5. Cover and place in a refrigerator to set 6 hour ...
  6. Surve nd enjoy.
