ABOUT Oats Banana Smoothie RECIPE

A very yummy and healthy smoothie that contains a perfect blend of fruits, dry fruits and milk.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Banana 1
  4. Walnuts 4
  5. Dates 6
  6. Dry roasted and coarsely grounded oats 3 tbsp
  7. Sugar 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Put in all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend it together.
  2. It's ready to be served!
