Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Macaroni: 500 gm, boiled
  2. Onion: 2 large sized, peeled and thinly sliced
  3. Capsicum: 2 thinly sliced
  4. Peas: 1/2 cup
  5. Sweet corn: 1/2 cup
  6. Garlic: 10 cloves minced
  7. Soya sauce: 1 tbsp
  8. Tomato sauce: 5-6 tbsp
  9. Vinegar: 2 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Red chilli powder to taste
  12. Oregano: 1 tbsp
  13. Green chilli sauce: 1 tbsp
  14. Mustard oil: 4-5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai. Put oil in it and heat it on a high flame. Then lower the flame. put the garlic in it and let it sizzle for a minute.
  2. Now add in the onion and let it fry till it turns golden. Now add in the peas and capsicum and fry it on a high flame for 4-5 minutes while stirring continuously.
  3. Now add in the corns and mix it well on a low flame. Then add in the salt, red chilli powder, oregano and mix it well. Then add in the soya sauce, tomato ketchup and green chilli sauce. Mix it well.
  4. Next add in the vinegar and mix it well. Cook it for 5 minutes on a low flame.
  5. Now add in the boiled macaroni and mix well so that all the masala combines properly with the macaroni. Cook it for another 5-8 mins. Then turn off the flame.
  6. Transfer it to a serving dish and serve it hot.

This looks like the macaroni I use to have when i was a kid,... we use to get it on sundays and i still love it
