ABOUT Burnt Garlic Veg Soup RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup of chopped vegetables such as spinach, carrots and beans
  2. 2-3 tablespoon frozen corns
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  4. 1 packet knorr vegetable soup
  5. 4 cups water
  6. Oil- 1 tsp


  1. Boil the vegetables and corns in the water with a pinch of salt. After 5 minutes, add in the soup packet and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
  2. In a small pan, heat oil and saute the garlic till it starts burning. Turn the stove off.
  3. Pour this oil on the soup and serve it hot.
