Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For the chicken manchurian balls:
  2. Chicken mince- 250 gm
  3. Cabbage- 2 cups, grated
  4. Carrot -1 cup finely chopped
  5. Capsicum- 1 finely chopped
  6. Green chillies- 2-3 finely chopped
  7. Black pepper- 1 tsp
  8. Schezwan sauce- 1 tbsp
  9. All purpose flour- 2-3 tbsp
  10. Soya sauce- 5-6 tsp
  11. Corn flour- 2-3 tbsp
  12. Ajinomoto- 1 tsp
  13. Salt as required
  14. Green coriander- 1 tbsp finely chopped
  15. Greted cheese- 1 cup
  16. Oil- to fry the manchurian balls
  17. 1 cup schezwan sauce to toss the manchurian balls

Instructions

  1. Take the chicken mince, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green chilli, black pepper, schezuan sauce, all purpose flour, corn flour, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt and mix all the ingredients together. Then keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
  2. After this time, shape this mixture into small round balls and deep fry on a medium heat till they are golden brown in colour. Then drain on kitchen tissues and keep it aside.
  3. After frying, immediately toss these manchurian balls in schezwan sauce for 2-3 minutes on a high heat.
  4. Serve these chicken manchurian balls with a garnish of chopped coriander.
