Due to Lactose Intolerance found in Chinese People and also the Impact of American Food now Chinese Staying Abroad have started adding Cheese to some foods. Here is a Fusion Of Stir fried Veges With Macaroni in Cheese Sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Macaroni 1 cup
  2. Capsicum 1
  3. Carrot 1 (big)
  4. Onions 3 to 4
  5. Cauliflower florets 1/2 cup
  6. Mushrooms 1 packet 200 grms
  7. Cabbage finely chopped 1/2 cup
  8. Tomato 1 finely chopped
  9. Salt, Pepper and Chilli flakes to taste
  10. Garlic crushed 1/2 tsp
  11. Ginger grated 1/2 tsp
  12. Olive Oil 2 tsp
  13. For sauce:
  14. Wheat flour 4 tsp
  15. Butter 4 tsp
  16. Milk 4 cups
  17. Onion 2
  18. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  19. Salt, pepper, chilli flakes to taste
  20. Cheese 3 cubes / 4 slices
  21. Pineapple slices 2
  22. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
  23. Oragano and Chilli flakes to taste
  24. Chilli sauce to taste


  1. Cut all veggies finely. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add in the garlic, saute and add the onion. Then saute and add the capsicum.
  3. Saute well and add in the ginger, cauliflower and cabbage. Then add in the carrot and tomatoes.
  4. Add in salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Then add in the chicken.
  5. Next add in the soya sauce and vinegar. Now turn off the stove and keep it aside.
  6. To prepare the sauce, heat butter in a pan, add in the flour, saute and add hot milk while stirring constantly.
  7. Next add in salt, pepper and chilli flakes. As it thickens, add the pineapple cut in small pieces and the sauteed veggies. Turn off the stove and keep it aside.
  8. Grease a baking tray and transfer the sauce with veggies and chicken to it.
  9. Spread the grated cheese on top and bake it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius for 10 to 15 minutes.
  10. Serve with a garnish of coriander leaves with chilli garlic tomato sauce on the side.
