Jam centered chocolates

Ingredients to make Jam centered chocolates

  • Milk chocolate: 250 grams or1 cup
  • Jams: 1/4 cup each (I used strawberry , orange marmalade, blueberry and tangy mango chutney)

How to make Jam centered chocolates

  1. Melt the chocolate on double boiler and temper it well to get a glossy look
  2. Take a silicon chocolate mould and fill it chocolate.
  3. Once done, flip over the mould to remove excess of chocolate.With the scraper clean the edges of the mould to get a clean chocolate shell.
  4. Put the mould in the fridge to chill.
  5. Now half fill the chocolate shells with variety of jams.
  6. Allow it to chill in freezer for 15 minutes.
  7. Now Take out the moulds and pour tempered chocolates to cover the shells completely.
  8. Now allow the chocolate to set for 1 hour in fridge.
  9. Carefully take out the chocolate from the mould.Do not exert extra pressure as they are soft centred and will break easily
  10. .ENJOY
