Chilli Prawns

Ingredients to make Chilli Prawns

  • Prawns (medium sized prawns) 1 kg
  • kokum 3-4
  • curry leaves 4-5
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • coriander leaves few to garnish
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Zeera powder 2 tsp
  • coriander powder 2 tsp
  • haldi 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required

How to make Chilli Prawns

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add in the garlic, curry leaves, chillies, kokum, all powder masalas and saute till the oil separates itself.
  2. Add in the prawns, salt and cook well till they are done.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

My Tip:

Serve it with rice or roti.
