Ingredients to make Chinese Chat

  • 1 cup boiled noodles
  • 2 tablespoon maida
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour
  • 1 chopped medium size onion
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 cup cabbage grated
  • 2 tablespoon sprout moong
  • 2 tablespoon sweet corn
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 boiled potato
  • salt to taste
  • chilli sauce
  • tomato Sauce
  • chat masala
  • oil for deep frying noodles

How to make Chinese Chat

  1. Add maida in boiled noodles, add salt also in it and spread properly on the bottom of a plate and deep fry it.
  2. Remove the plate over the noodles and fry the noodles plate till golden brown. Drain it in a paper.
  3. At the same time take some boiled noodles add mashed boiled potatoes, salt, chilli and garlic and deep fry it.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan add chilli, garlic and saute for a minute.
  5. Add onion, cabbage, sweet corn, sprout moong and capsicum and saute it for a minute.
  6. Add black pepper powder and salt and cover for few minutes.
  7. Off the flame. Take the noodles plate spread the ready vegetables and noodles balls and spread tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and chat masala as your taste.

My Tip:

You can keep noodles plate after frying for 2 or 3 days and can serve anytime by preparing it's vegetables.
