Ingredients to make Bakful

  • Ingredients 1 coconut grated 250 gm Jaggery 2-3 elaichi crushed 5 tsp ghee 2 cups Maida Oil for deep fry A pinch of salt

How to make Bakful

  1. Method Make a dough using Maida with a pinch of salt and 2 tsp ghee. Fry jaggery, coconut, ghee and other items in a kadahai. When it is sticky and brown in colour, add elaichi pdr and keep aside. Make small balls of maida dough and roll these into flat round shape. Stuff each roll with coconut -jaggery mixture and seal before you put these for deep fry. Remove when these turn into golden brown. Serve hot as snacks.
