Ingredients to make Wheat flour DHOKLA

  • wheat flour 1/2cup
  • Suji1/2cup
  • dahi 1cup
  • salt to taste
  • haldi 1/4tsp
  • Eno 1tsp
  • Karipatta 1tbsp
  • Harimirch
  • Rayi
  • oil 1tbsp
  • adrak lasan paste 1/2tsp

How to make Wheat flour DHOKLA

  1. Mix flour suji dahi namak haldi adrak lasan paste in a bowl
  2. Rest for15-20:min
  3. Set the steamer on gas
  4. Add eno to the mix and pour in to a greesed plate
  5. Put plate in to steamer steam for 15 min
  6. Check if done turn of gas
  7. For tadka heat oil in a tadka pan add rayi karipatta harimirch and pour over dhokla
  8. Cut pieces and serve with chutney

Can add veggies to make more healthy
