ABOUT Super Cracker RECIPE

I have added around 10 healthy ingredients in crackers.Goodness of super foods and crunch in crackers gave me a satisfection of guiltfree and healthy snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 50 gm - Wheat flour
  2. 25 gm - flax seeds
  3. 25 gm - oat flour
  4. 25 gm - almonds
  5. 35 gm - ghee
  6. 10- 12 - curry leaves roasted
  7. 2 tbsp - Jaggery ( grated)
  8. 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder
  9. 2 tbsp - amla (grated)
  10. 1 tbsp - sesame seed
  11. 1/2 tsp Salt
  12. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  13. 1/4 tsp chilly pwd
  14. 3 tbsp chilled water or as required

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the almonds, add flaxseeds, when it start roasting, add oats and curry leaves.
  2. Roast for 2 mins.
  3. Add to the grinder, and make a fine pwd.
  4. Add wheat flour, 25 gm ghee, melted jaggery, amla, Cardamom Powder and grind well.
  5. Add sesame seed and water ( if needed) and make a dough, keep aside for 15- 20 mins.
  6. Now roll it on the chopping board and cut into desired shape.
  7. Preheat the oven at 170°;C.
  8. Prick the crackers with the fork and bake for 7-8 mins. Flip the crackers after 5 mins.
  9. When it turns golden, take out from the oven and let it cool.
  10. Sprinkle some sesame seed and serve.
