Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roti 4
  2. Jagerry 50gms
  3. Ghee 1 tbsp
  4. Almonds 4-5
  5. Cashewnut 4-5
  6. Watermelon seeds 1 tsp
  7. Sunflower seeds 1 tsp
  8. Flaxseed pwd 1 tbsp
  9. Elaichi pwd 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the left over or fresh prepared rotis in the mixer..
  2. Add jaggery, nuts, ghee, flaxseed powder and elaichi in the mixer.
  3. Pulse it for 2-3 times so that everything gets incorporated.
  4. Now take the mixture in a bowl and mix well..
  5. Roll out the ladoos.
  6. Makes almost 6 medium sized ladoos.
  7. Serve as dessert or in tiffin as breakfast or have it with your cup of tea..
