Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dalia 1/2 cup
  2. Oats 2tbsp
  3. Jaggery 1/2 cup grated
  4. Desi ghee 1tsp
  5. Cardamom 1
  6. Clove 1
  7. Coconut flakes 2tsp
  8. Almond flakes 2tsp
  9. Kishmish 2tsp
  10. Dates chopped 2tsp
  11. Alsi seed 1tsp
  12. Water 2 cup

Instructions

  1. In a cooker add desi ghee
  2. Add cardamom and clove
  3. Add dalia and fry for few minutes
  4. Add water ,jaggery, coconut and almond flakes
  5. Add kishmish and dates
  6. Cook for 2 whistles
  7. Open cooker after 10 minutes and add oats
  8. Cook for a minute
  9. Take out in a bowl and sprinkle almond flakes and roasted alsi seeds on top
