Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Soya granules - 2 cups(approx)
  2. Onion chopped - 1 big
  3. Tomato chopped - 1 medium
  4. Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chillies - 2 or 3
  7. Oil - 2 tbsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  10. Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
  11. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  12. Chapatis - 3


  1. Boil soya granules in water for 10 minutes. Add salt while boiling. Strain the water. Squeeze the soya granules to remove excess water. Keep aside.
  2. Take a Kadai. Splutter jeera. Once done, add onion, green chillies and fry for sometime. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry.
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes and fry till soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt just enough for masala.
  5. Now add boiled soya granules and mix well. Switch off the flame.
  6. Take a chapati. Spread the masala over the chapati. Roll it and serve.
