Sabudana Kichadi

Ingredients to make Sabudana Kichadi

  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 3-4 Green Chilies
  • 1/4 cup roasted and crushed peanuts
  • salt
  • sugar
  • lemon
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • oil to fry
  • coriander leaves for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp jeera

How to make Sabudana Kichadi

  1. Wash and soak sabudana for 2 hours. Cut chilies.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera then Green chilies and fry.
  3. Add cubed potatoes. Add red chili powder coriander powder and mix well add sabudana. Add salt and mix well. After 2-3 minutes add crushed peanuts and sugar. Mix well
  4. Garnish with lemon and coriander leaves. Your sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.

My Tip:

If you want to prepare it during fasts, use sendha namak.
