Ragi Almond Laddoo

Ingredients to make Ragi Almond Laddoo

  • Ragi flour or nachini or finger millet 1 1/2 cup
  • jaggery 3/4 Cup
  • ghee 1/4 cup
  • Crushed roasted peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Slivered almond 10 to 15
  • cardamom powder

How to make Ragi Almond Laddoo

  1. Roast ragi flour in a kadai for about 5 mins or until a nice aromo comes in a low flame
  2. Add ghee and roast for 5 to 6 mins in a low flame
  3. Remove from the flame, add cardamom powder, jaggery powder and mix well till the jaggery melts. It will automatically melts in the heat of flour.
  4. Add crushed peanuts, almonds and mix well
  5. Make balls out of it and keep in airtight container

My Tip:

It will last for 4 to 5 days in room temperature
