Tawa Veg Fry

Ingredients to make Tawa Veg Fry

  • brinjals 4
  • Baby corn 5
  • Baby potato 8
  • Jalapeño, 2
  • okra 7 to 8
  • Tendli 4
  • tomato purée 2 tbsp
  • paneer cubes 6 to 8 pieces
  • Bitter gourd 1
  • chilli powder
  • Daniya powder
  • jeera powder
  • Chat powder
  • pepper powder
  • mango powder
  • Gram masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • 12 tsp sugar
  • 12 lime juice
  • oil for frying

How to make Tawa Veg Fry

  1. Method Wash and clean the vegetable scrape the bitter guard remove the seeds and soak with curd and turmeric for 20 minutes after wards wash and keep aside
  2. boil baby potato for 4 minutes remove the skin keep aside
  3. make + mark on brinjals keep aside
  4. make a slit on okra keep aside
  5. cut 3 inch long paneer so keep all veggies ready
  6. now Heat the pan add oil now start frying veggies one by one like potato then okra like wise don't fry all veggies to gather keep fried on kitchen paper .
  7. now take a bow add 1 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp chilli powder 12 pepper powder 12 jeera 12 tsp chat masala 1 tsp garam masala 14 tsp mango powder little salt pls check the salt before adding salt mix well
  8. take non stick pan sprinkle oil arrange the veggies and add the mixed powder and sprinkle tomato purée again sprinkle 1 tsp oil and grill in the oven keep the grill mode and cook for15 minutes and please check in between .
