Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices 2
  2. Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
  3. Onion medium size 1
  4. Capsicum small 1
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Corn kernels 2 tbsp
  7. Cottage cheese(paneer)10 small cubes
  8. Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 cup
  9. Few pinches of salt and black pepper
  10. Oil 1 tbsp
  11. Butter 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a slice of bread and apply tomato ketchup on it. Keep it aside
  2. Now cut onion,capsicum,tomatoes into small pieces..
  3. Fry these vegetables in 1 tbsp oil for 2 minutes
  4. Now put all vegetables,corns kernels and cottage cheese(paneer) on bread slices
  5. Now add grated mozzarella cheese on the top
  6. Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a nonstick pan on slow flame and put the bread pizza on pan carefully and cover the pan with lid. cook it for 3 minutes
  7. Now take it out on a serving plate and sprinkle salt and pepper. Delicious and healthy pizza is ready. Serve with ketchup
