Ingredients to make Drumstick Thattai

  • 1 cup rice powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted udad dal powder
  • 1 tbsp roasted channa dal (phule channa)
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 cup drumstick leaves cleaned
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • asafoetida 1/4 tsp
  • curry leaves
  • salt
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Drumstick Thattai

  1. Mix all the ingredients
  2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and pour over the ingredients mixed
  3. Make a dough.
  4. Make small balls and flatten them to make flat poori.
  5. Deep fry till crisp
  6. Serve
