Ingredients to make Sprouts Moong Vari

  • Sprouts one cup
  • Boiled potato one
  • 3-4 Green Chilies
  • Handful coriander leaves
  • Masala (red chilli powder ,corinder powder,salt according to taste
  • oil to fry
  • 3-4spoon of gram flour

How to make Sprouts Moong Vari

  1. Take a bowl put moong wash them and allow them to sprout
  2. Next day take a bowl add moong sprouts, one potato, all masalas and gram flour, green chillies and coriander leaves
  3. Mix all well and deep fry serve with sauce or chutney

My Tip:

If needed add lemon for taste
