Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sprouts one cup
  2. Boiled potato one
  3. 3-4 Green Chilies
  4. Handful coriander leaves
  5. Masala (red chilli powder ,corinder powder,salt according to taste
  6. oil to fry
  7. 3-4spoon of gram flour

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put moong wash them and allow them to sprout
  2. Next day take a bowl add moong sprouts, one potato, all masalas and gram flour, green chillies and coriander leaves
  3. Mix all well and deep fry serve with sauce or chutney
