ABOUT Honey Chilli Potatoes RECIPE

Love the crispy potatos coated with the easy blend of honey chilli and some more.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the Sauce -
  2. 1 tbsp Honey
  3. 1tsp red chilli sauce
  4. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  5. 1 tbsp seasame seeds(plus more for garnisihing)
  6. 1 tbsp vinegar
  7. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  8. For preparing potato:
  9. 4 potatos cut into wedges
  10. 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  11. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  12. salt as per taste
  13. Oil for frying
  14. For assembling -
  15. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  16. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  17. 1 small green capsicum lenghtwise
  18. 1 spring onion sliced(reserve green & top part for garnishing)
  19. Fresh coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients given under sauce and keep aside.
  2. Mix potato, cornflour, salt and red chilling. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil for frying.
  4. Now drop the potato's. Make sure not to over crowd the pan.
  5. Take out potato once cooked and crispy.
  6. Now heat oil in a nonstick pan.
  7. Saute ginger garlic and spring onions. Add capsicum as well.
  8. Now add the sauce and potatoes
  9. Mix gently until all the potatoes are coated.
  10. Transfer to a serving plate.
  11. Garnish with sesame seeds, onion greens and fresh coriander.
  12. Enjoy!!
