Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Capsicum 2
  2. Onion 1
  3. Zucchini-1
  4. Olive -10gm
  5. Carrot 1
  6. Basil
  7. Celery -10gm
  8. Bell pepper chopped -20gm
  9. Salt
  10. Black pepper-1teaspoon
  11. Oregano 1teaspoon
  12. Cheese 1cup
  13. Rice 1bowl
  14. Cauliflower- half
  15. Beans 10gm
  16. Fresh cream 4tablespoon


  1. Cut capsicum in half lengthwise and scoop out .
  2. Fine chop bell peppers, carrot zuchini.
  3. In a pan put oil add chopped garlic,celery and onion. Saute for a minute.
  4. Now add chopped vegetables tossed well .
  5. Add fresh cream in it . now add salt ,black pepper ,basil oregano.
  6. Now fill this mixture in capsicum and sprinkle grated cheese over it and baked at 180 degree celcius for 10minutes .
  7. In another pan add water and balanced the cauliflower florets and beans .
  8. Take it out and put it in a pan add little oil ,salt and oregano and grilled.
  9. Now take out the capsicum from the oven .
  10. Take a platter arrange rice now put stuffed capsicum and grilled beans and cauliflower.
