ABOUT Potato/Mince Mutton Cutlets RECIPE

Potatoes and mutton mince combined to get the most delectable smooth velvety cutlets which are just out of this world.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled potatoes 4 to 5
  2. Mince mutton 300gm
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Garam masala 1 tsp
  5. Cubeb powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Mutton masala 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Green chillies chopped 2
  9. Coriander chopped a fistful
  10. Onions chopped 2
  11. Oil 1 tbsp for making the mince filling+ extra for shallow frying
  12. Breadcrumbs or one beaten egg

Instructions

  1. Mash the potatoes and add cubeb powder and salt in it. Keep it aside.
  2. Meanwhile make the mince mutton filling.
  3. Heat the oil and saute the onions first. Later add all the masalas and the mince too.
  4. Fry this on low to medium flame by stirring it as required.
  5. Garnish with coriander and let it cool a little.
  6. Shallow fry these on low to medium flame by either dipping them in the beaten egg or coating them with the breadcrumbs.
  7. Serve hot with rice, dal and some salad.
