ABOUT Egg stuffed onion ring RECIPE

We can serve this dish to kids for breakfast or as a filling in sandwiches. It is tasty to take as a snack. .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Big onion rings 6
  2. Eggs 6
  3. Maida 1/4 cup
  4. Milk 1/4 cup
  5. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  6. Chilli powder,salt, and pepper to taste
  7. Oil 2 or 3 tbsp
  8. Some spring onions for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Select a large onion and cut out rings. Put,salt, chilli powder and pepper in maida.
  2. Dip the ring in maida, then in milk. After that again dip it in maida and milk. Then put in bread crumbs and coat the ring well with crumbs.
  3. Heat a pan, pour 1 or 2 tbsp of oil and then add crumbs coated rings. Fry one side, then turn it and add egg inside each ring. Close with a lid and cook on a very very low flame for 4 to 5 min.
  4. When the egg is fully set then remove the rings from the pan. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and put some spring onions on top. Serve hot. If you are making it for elders then add some spices in maida and bread crumbs .
