Sausage Envelope Fry

Ingredients to make Sausage Envelope Fry

  • 1 chicken sausage ( Take as any sausages as required )
  • 1 cheese slice
  • 2 tspns of corn flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tspn butter
  • 1 tspn oregano
  • 1/2 tspn pepper
  • salt to taste
  • oil to shallow fry

How to make Sausage Envelope Fry

  1. Make a paste of cold milk and corn flour.
  2. Heat butter and add cornflour mix in milk on slow flame.
  3. Add salt ,pepper and oregano (optional).
  4. Take a cheese slice in a plate and envelope the chicken sausage well.
  5. Dip in cornflour mix.
  6. Heat oil to shallow fry.
  7. Fry well on all sides .
  8. Remove when golden brown and serve with spring onions and salad of choice.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy sausage as a snack or starter for any high tea.

My Tip:

When doing for large number make thick white sauce and pour in a gass to easily dip each sausage envelope and fry . Can also deep fry these.
