Ingredients to make Methi muthia

  • methi leaves 1 bunch
  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • Mota besan 1/2 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • haldi powder 1sp
  • sugar powder..1sp
  • ginger,garlic,green chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder1sp
  • oil 1sp
  • til 1sp
  • jeera 1sp
  • oil for frying

How to make Methi muthia

  1. Take a big bowl.
  2. Take chopped Methi leaves.
  3. Add wheat flour and Besan.
  4. Add haldi,red chillipowder,salt,sugar powder,jeera,garlic,ginger,green chilli paste.
  5. Add oil.
  6. Now knead into dough using water.
  7. Now make muthias.
  8. Take a heavy bottom pan.Add enough oil for frying.Fry all muthias.
  9. Your yummy muthias are ready to eat.

My Tip:

If you dont have thick besan then you can add nornal besan and suji.
