Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Methi leaves 1 bunch
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Mota Besan 1/2 cup
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Haldi powder 1sp
  6. Sugar powder..1sp
  7. Ginger,garlic,green chilli paste 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder1sp
  9. Oil 1sp
  10. Til 1sp
  11. Jeera 1sp
  12. Oil for frying


  1. Take a big bowl.
  2. Take chopped Methi leaves.
  3. Add wheat flour and Besan.
  4. Add haldi,red chillipowder,salt,sugar powder,jeera,garlic,ginger,green chilli paste.
  5. Add oil.
  6. Now knead into dough using water.
  7. Now make muthias.
  8. Take a heavy bottom pan.Add enough oil for frying.Fry all muthias.
  9. Your yummy muthias are ready to eat.

These days we elderly people avoid deep fry. So can these be steamed or tawa fried like tikia? Pl respond. With regards
