It is healthy, tasty, kids love it. Most people love potatoes. Make it healthy by adding boiled pieces of soya. My kiddos just love this. Instant, oil free, papery, crunchy rava dosa. Please try it as it is so easy and is made with simple ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paper Rava dosa ingredients -
  2. Rava (semolina) 500gm
  3. Sweet creamy curd - 2 tbsp
  4. Sugar 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tbsp or to taste
  6. Olive oil or any oil 1/2 tbs
  7. Finely chopped Coriander 2 tbsp
  8. Jeera ( cumin seeds) 1/2 tbs
  9. Water 2 cups or more

Instructions

  1. Take rava (semolina ) in a big bowl . Add curd , salt , sugar , oil, fine chopped Coriander and jeera (cumin seeds) in rava and mix it well.
  2. Add water in the mixture and move slowly to make a thin batter. Batter should be like regular dosa batter
  3. ln winter season use warm water to prepare the batter. Kept batter for 30 mins.
  4. Place 1 big spoon of batter over preheated nonstick pan in medium flame after brushing with oil . Spread batter very smoothly and uniformly in the pan
  5. Batter should be spread very thin and uniform.
  6. Wait for 5 minutes to pan fry dosa one side on medium flame and toss it and cook the other side
  7. When it gets perfectly , it automatically separates from the pan.
  8. Serve the papery dosa with vegetables. I served it with healthy Soyapotato veg.
