Mint chocolate ice cream is that very rare , yet uniquely combined delicacy , that's going to let you keep wondering at the incredible combo . Freshness of mint , sparkles through the sweeter chocolate giving it a proper balance between the two ingredients .

Ingredients Serving: 3

1 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
Sprigs for garnishing
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Milk
About 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1/4th cup Sugar
Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a saucepan , combine together the chopped mint leaves , heavy cream and milk .
Stirring constantly , bring to a simmer .
Remove from heat and let rest , while stirring occasionally .
After about half an hour of stirring , pour this mix into serving bowls and let it freeze overnight or for about 4-5 hours .
Garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled .
