ABOUT Thai Noodles with Peanut Butter RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Hakka Noodles 3 cup
  2. Cabbage 1 cup
  3. Carrot 1 cup
  4. Capsicum 1/4 cup
  5. Chilli powder 1 spn
  6. turmeric powder 1/4 spn
  7. Ginger paste 1 spn
  8. garlic paste
  9. Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  10. Vinegar 2 tsp
  11. Red chilli n soya sauce 2 tsp each
  12. Tofu 1/2 cup
  13. Home made / Readymade Peanut butter 2 to 3 tsp
  14. Roasted peanut powder and spring onion for garnishing
  15. For Peanut Butter -
  16. Peanuts 100 gms
  17. Oil 1 tsp
  18. Butter 2 to 3 tsp
  19. Sugar 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. For peanut butter - Take peanuts and dry roast it for 2 to 3 mins. Now in a jar put peanuts and grind it, now add oil, butter and sugar, grind it to a fine . Peanut butter is ready
  2. For Noodles- First boil the Noodles and add some salt while boiling. Meanwhile chop the carrot, cabbage,capsicum finally. Cut finely
  3. Heat oil in bottom pan, add ginger paste, garlic paste and then chilli paste. Saute , add carrot and cabbage, when it is cooked partially add capsicums and saute it. Now add all spices in it. After boiling the noodles , drain and splash some cold water so it does not become soggy. Add noodles and tofu in mixture. Cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  4. Meanwhile, take a bowl, add vinegar, red chilli & soy sauce , peanut butter & ketchup up and mix well. Add this to noodles and mix very well. Cook for another couple of minutes
  5. Garnish with peanuts powder and spring onion
