Ingredients to make Crispy Fried Chicken

  • chicken pieces -4 (medium)
  • Fresh cream-1/2 cup
  • Mayonnaise -1/4 cup
  • red chilli sauce-1teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder-1teaspoon
  • ginger paste-1teaspoon
  • garlic Paste-1teaspoon
  • all purpose flour-1cup
  • chilli flakes-crushed-1teaspoon
  • garlic powder-1teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • egg-2 (beaten)
  • Vegetable oil-2cup(for deep frying)
  • salt- 1 pinch

How to make Crispy Fried Chicken

  1. Take a large bowl,combine fresh cream,mayonnaise, red chilli sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and black pepper, mix well
  2. Add chicken pieces, mix them until chicken pieces get coated properly.Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Place the flour,crushed red chilli flakes,garlic powder and salt in a wide bowl.
  4. Place eggs in a separate bowl and beat then properly
  5. Take out the marinated chicken from fridge.
  6. Take one by one chicken and follow the following process
  7. Coat the chicken pieces with flour then dip into egg mixture and lastly coat again with flour properly.Repeat the process with remaining chicken pieces.Cover the plate with aluminium foil or a plate and keep refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  8. Place oil in a wok.Heat over medium flame,add pinch salt (when you deep fry something,added pinch of salt in oil,it absorb less oil.
  9. Add coated chicken pieces in oil and deep fry on low flame until both the sides are golden colour. Take them out from the wok and place them on kitchen paper Cook the remaining chicken pieces.
  10. Serve hot with French fries and any dip

My Tip:

Fry chicken pieces in batches. Do not fry them together.
