Ingredients to make Chicken Patiala

  • Boneless chicken 400 g
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • Sliced onions 4
  • jeera 1tsp
  • ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • tomatoes 2 finely chopped
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • chilli powder 1tsp
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • cashew paste 1/4 cup
  • Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp
  • cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 cup
  • cream 1/2 cup
  • salt.
  • eggs 2

How to make Chicken Patiala

  1. Take a pan, add oil. Then put jeera. Fry. Then add onions. Fry till golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry well.
  2. Put tomatoes ,cook well till tomatoes get tender. Mash the tomatoes. Add masalas,chilli,coriander,turmeric & salt. Fry for a few mins.
  3. Then add cashew paste,along with chicken pieces. Fry for a few minutes. Close with a lid and cook well. Add kasoori methi,cardamom powder,& cream. Stir for another few seconds. Remove.
  4. Make an omelette with eggs. Put on top of the dish. Serve hot.

Just cooked.. Recipe is easy n well explained.. It turned out very well.. Sharing a picture in an hour.. Fresh garnishing is left for my hubby to come home..:yum::stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:thanks a lot for a great chicken..
