    Chinese Bread Pakoda

    Ingredients to make Chinese Bread Pakoda

    • for covering -
    • Bread slices - 4
    • Cheese slices - 2
    • gram flour 1/2 cup
    • salt as per taste
    • For stuffing -
    • onion - 1 finely chopped
    • carrot -1 small finely chopped
    • Green capsicum 1 - small finely chopped
    • Soya sauce -2 teaspoons
    • tomato sauce 3 teaspoons
    • vinegar - 2 teaspoons
    • Black pepper as per taste
    • salt as per taste
    • cottage cheese (paneer) 1/4 cup
    • oil 4 tablespoons

    How to make Chinese Bread Pakoda

    1. Take a pan heat 1 table spoon oil in it.
    2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
    3. Add onion and saute for a minute.
    4. Now add chopped carrot , capsicum, salt and black pepper and saute for 5 minutes.
    5. Add tomato sauce, Soya sauce and vinegar and mix well. Then switch off the gas.
    6. Now add grated cottage cheese and mix well.This is stuffing of bread pakoda.
    7. For covering -
    8. Take gram flour in a bowl and add little waterand make a thick batter.
    9. Add salt as per taste in the batter.
    10. For making chinese bread pakoda -
    11. Take a bread slice apply stuffing in it.
    12. Keep a cheese slice.
    13. Now cover the cheese slice with second piece of bread.
    14. Then cover both side of bread with gram flour batter.
    15. Now take a pan, heat a table spoon oil and place the stuffed bread in it.
    16. Pan fry bread pakoda till golden brown from both side.
    17. Serve it with sauce or chutney.

    My Tip:

    You can add more vegetables as per your taste.
