Ingredients to make Guava / Amrood chutney

  • guava- 2 washed, deseeded and chopped
  • onion - 1 chopped
  • tomato- 1 chopped
  • Green chilli - 3-4
  • salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • coriander leaves- 1 cup fully packed
  • lemon juice -2 tbsp

How to make Guava / Amrood chutney

  1. In a mixer add all the ingredients, add little water and beat it to a smooth puree.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve it with parantha.
  3. Store it in airtight jar in fridge.

Use semi-ripe guavas
