Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oreo biscuit - 1 1/2 pack
  2. Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  3. Powder sugar - 3 tbsp
  4. Milk - 1/2 cup or as needed to make the batter
  5. Thick chocolate sauce - 2 tbsp (optional)
  6. Chocolate for garnishing on top

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo biscuits in a mixer to a fine powder.
  2. Add sugar and baking powder to it. Mix well.
  3. Add milk little by little to make a thick smooth batter.
  4. Grease and dust a micro safe bowl (use plastic bowl)
  5. Pour half the batter in it. Now pour thick chocolate sauce over it. Don't mix it. Pour leftover batter over it.
  6. Microwave it on high for 5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes you will see some moist spots on the top and sides of the cake it is normal. It will disappear when the cake cools down.
  8. Remove it from the microwave and let it cool down completely.
  9. Invert it on the plate. Garnish with chocolate pieces.
  10. Slice and serve.
