Ingredients to make Coconut Macaroons

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup refined flour
  • 1/4tea spoon salt
  • 1/2cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

How to make Coconut Macaroons

  1. In a bowl add coconut along with flour and salt
  2. Add condensed milk with essence
  3. Mix all the ingredients
  4. Grease your hands make tennis sized balls
  5. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  6. Bake them in preheated oven for 15 to20 minutes or till golden brown at 170 degrees C
  7. Transfer and cool them on wire rack
  8. Enjoy with tea coffee or milk

My Tip:

Grease your hands with little oil to make the balls
