Ingredients to make Crispy Choco Ccookies

  • maida 1 cup
  • butter 3/4 cup
  • Milk 2 to 3 tsp
  • curd 1 to 2 tsp
  • salt a pinch
  • sugar 3/4 cup
  • Cocoa powder 3 tsp
  • Choco powder 1 tsp
  • honey 1 tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • cashews and almonds chopped 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

How to make Crispy Choco Ccookies

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C, sieve all the dry ingredients.
  2. Now take butter, whisk it and add sugar powder, mix it, add honey, curd, vanilla extract, mix till creamy and fluffy
  3. Now add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix it with your hands. Add 1 tsp of milk and knead to a soft dough consistency. If required add another tsp of milk.
  4. Grease the cooking tray, make balls from the mixture and flatten slightly with your palm
  5. Put in preheated oven for 10 to 12 mins. Remove from the tray when cold

My Tip:

Butter should be at room temperature. When you take the tray after baking, cookies will be slightly soft, and will become crisp on cooling. So do not over bake the cookies
