Ingredients to make Santa carol cake

  • maida 1 cup
  • butter 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
  • Kiwi puree 4 tsp
  • Tutti Frutti red 3 tsp

How to make Santa carol cake

  1. Beat butter and sugar till creamy texture.
  2. Strain maids, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Add maids mixture in butter mixture in small quantities. Beat for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla essence. Mix.
  5. Add kiwi puree. Only swirl. Don't mix completely for marble effect.Sprinkle tutti frutti.
  6. Preheat microwave at 190 degrees.
  7. Pour batter into heart shaped mould.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or till it is baked properly.
  9. Decorate with small Santa.

My Tip:

Don't mix kiwi puree completely otherwise the marble effect will not come.
