Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. oil 4 tbsp
  2. onions 2 large
  3. finely chopped green chillies 3
  4. ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. goat ’s kidney 12
  6. skinned and cubed goat ’s spleen 2
  7. goat ’s liver 1 skinned and cubed
  8. garam masala a pinch
  9. coriander 1 small bunch
  10. salt 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till light brown. Add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute.
  2. Add the kidneys, lower the flame, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes until soft.
  3. Now add the spleen and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Lastly add the liver, spices and coriander, then cook for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste. Serve immediately with chapatis.
